When Bill Tielemans and his wife Rita emigrated from Holland in 1957, there dream was to start their own business. That dream became a reality when Tielemans Fine Flooring and More opened its doors for the first time in 1971. Over 40 years have passed, and while Milton has grown from a small farming community of 7,200 to a city of over 100,000-the location, philosophy and commitment to service has not changed. Although Bill and Rita are now retired, Tielemans Fine Flooring and More is still very much family owned and operated. Their sons Derek and Danny Tielemans, with 70 years of combined experience and over 10,000 installations, still treat each and every person like family.
